Each space is thoughtfully designed to provide an optimal environment, ensuring that every aspect of your business can thrive.

Virtual Office: Enables your enabling businesses to operate from anywhere in the world with the benefit of our prestigious address in the heart of the business district in Manhattan.

Day Pass: Enjoy the flexibility of paying by the day, with access to a dedicated desk and our club lounge.

Day Office: Enjoy the flexibility of paying for the day with access to a private office and amenities

Dedicated Desk: A dedicated leased workstation for one individual.

Private Offices: Our spaces range from those suitable for small teams to large teams and even enterprise-level offices, all fully furnished and move-in ready.

Members have 24/7 access to their dedicated spaces, however our community managers are available from 9am – 5pm Monday through Saturday.

Our tenants differ from industry and size! From early tech startups to financial firms to design firms, we have an amazing community of diverse skills, businesses, and backgrounds. Our goal is to foster a diverse, inclusive, and growing community here at Le Parc.

Yes! Le Parc workspaces come fully-furnished with desks and office chairs. We also encourage members to bring their own furniture and decor if preferred.

Yes! Here at Le Parc we also offer Event Spaces and Conference rooms for larger scale business needs. Learn more here.

You can book directly on our website here from the multiple conference rooms we have available, specific to you and your company’s needs. Credit packages are available upon request to fulfill your conference room needs.

At Le Parc Offices we curate and host different business centered events and workshops ranging from financial education to LinkedIn Headshot workshops to panel discussions with industry leaders. In addition we host member breakfast mixers every last Thursday of the month to get to know our fellow neighbors in the building.
