What are your hours of operation?
Our main building and common areas are accessible 24/7 with your key fob.
The reception desk at Floor 7, Room 701, and Floor 1 is staffed [e.g., Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM].
Differences between workspace options.
A Day Pass grants access to common areas and hot desks for a single day.
A Dedicated Desk is a personal, permanent workspace in an open area.
A Private Office is a fully enclosed, lockable space for teams from 1 to 50+.
Is there parking available?
While Le Parc does not have dedicated parking, we are adjacent to several public garages. We are also easily accessible via the 6, 1, N, R, W, F, M and PATH trains.

Where can I find on-site support?
For on-site support, please visit our reception office on Floor 7, Room 701.
Your key fob will grant you elevator access to the 7th floor.
We provide direct support for:
Workspace & Facilities
: Including furniture, lighting, air conditioning control, and general maintenance.
Technology & IT
: Assistance with Wi-Fi, printers, and AV equipment in common areas.
Access & Security
: Key fob replacements and building access issues.
Amenity Access & Bookings
: Support for using and reserving our shared amenities.
What is your pet policy?
Le Parc is a pet-friendly environment. We ask that all pets remain leashed in common areas and are not left unattended.
How do I receive mail and packages?
All mail and packages for members will be sent to your dedicated office spaces by our community managers. If your packages are not found, please reach out to our front desk on Floor 1.
All food deliveries will be securely held on the dedicated delivery shelf on Floor 1.
